Bonus Terms Explained
Understanding wagering requirements and rollover conditions before you claim any bonus.
This tells you how many times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. For example, a x15 rollover on a RM 200 bonus means you must wager RM 3,000 in total. At grmbet, most bonuses carry a x10–x20 requirement — always check the specific offer page for the exact figure before claiming.
While playing with active bonus funds, most platforms cap your bet size — typically between RM 250 and RM 500 per round or spin. Exceeding this cap can result in bonus forfeiture. For instance, if a bonus terms states a RM 300 max bet, placing a RM 500 spin using bonus money may void the entire bonus.
Not all games contribute equally toward your wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% — every RM 1 wagered on slots clears RM 1 from the rollover. Table games such as baccarat and roulette often contribute only 10–20%. Playing blackjack with a bonus that has 10% contribution means you'd need RM 30,000 in table bets to clear a RM 3,000 rollover requirement — very inefficient.
Bonuses do not last forever. Standard expiry windows are 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days from the date of activation. If you claim a 14-day bonus on 1 June and have not completed the wagering requirement by 15 June, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. Set a reminder and plan your sessions accordingly.
A non-sticky bonus means the bonus amount itself is separate from your real-money balance — when you cash out, only your real-money winnings are paid. A sticky bonus remains in your account and cannot be withdrawn; only the net profit above the bonus amount can be cashed out. Example: win RM 800 with a RM 200 sticky bonus — you can withdraw RM 600 (winnings), not the RM 200 bonus principal.
Many bonuses impose a cap on how much you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. A common structure is "maximum cash-out = 5x the bonus value." If you received a RM 200 bonus and your winnings cap is 5x, the most you can withdraw from that bonus is RM 1,000 — even if you turned it into RM 5,000 on the tables.
